Shopify automations that replace hours of manual work
Every growing store has them: the CSV that gets uploaded every Monday, the orders that are retyped into another system, the product updates done row by row. I build automations that make that work disappear (scheduled syncs, webhook-driven flows, bulk operations, Shopify Functions) so your team works on growth instead of admin.
Sound familiar?
- ✕Your team spends hours a week on repetitive Shopify admin
- ✕Data lives in three systems and none of them agree
- ✕You chained five apps together and it breaks monthly
- ✕Discounts, payments or shipping need logic Shopify doesn't offer out of the box
What you get
- ✓Webhook-driven automations reacting to orders, products and customers in real time
- ✓Scheduled jobs: price syncs, feed generation, stock updates, reporting
- ✓Shopify Functions for custom discount, payment and delivery logic (JS or Rust)
- ✓Shopify Flow custom actions and Liquid formatters
- ✓Bulk operations that safely touch thousands of products
- ✓Monitoring and logging so you know it ran, and hear about it when it didn't
Live: fire a test order through an integration
This is what my integration work does all day: Shopify events fanning out to ERP, email and fulfillment. Press the button and watch one order make the trip.
Press the button. Six systems are waiting.

Business Central ↔ Shopify: B2B contract pricing on autopilot
A B2B store where every customer has negotiated contract prices living in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. I built the integration that keeps thousands of customer-specific prices correct in Shopify, automatically. And it runs entirely without Shopify Plus, on a plan that officially doesn't support per-customer pricing at all.

Turning a spreadsheet catalog into thousands of Shopify products
A footwear brand managing hundreds of styles × colorways × sizes in spreadsheets needed its catalog in Shopify without an army of interns. I built an embedded app that generates and maintains the whole parent/child product structure automatically.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between using Flow and custom automation?+
Shopify Flow is great for simple if-this-then-that rules and I use it where it fits. Custom automation starts where Flow stops: external systems, complex logic, bulk data, scheduled work. Often the best solution combines both.
Where does automation code run?+
Usually as a small Node.js service or serverless function, hosted for a few euros a month, with logging and alerts. Shopify Functions run inside Shopify itself. You own the code and the hosting account.
Can you automate discounts that Shopify doesn't support?+
Very often, yes. With Shopify Functions I can implement custom discount logic (volume tiers, bundles, customer-specific pricing) that applies automatically in cart and checkout.
