What do I need: a custom theme or a customized existing theme?+
If a good premium theme covers 80% of your needs, customizing it is faster and cheaper. If your design, products or markets are genuinely different, from-scratch pays off. I'll give you an honest recommendation after seeing your requirements. I do both.
Can my team still edit everything in the theme editor?+
Yes, that's non-negotiable for me. Every section I build is configurable in the theme editor with sensible settings, so you're not dependent on a developer for daily changes.
Do you also do smaller theme changes?+
Yes. A single custom section, a PDP improvement, a cart drawer: small scoped jobs are welcome, and often how client relationships start.
